startx by non-root user account in red hat linux kernel 2.6

How can I use the command "startx" by other user account such as "oracle" ??
I cannot startx by user account oracle ??
How to fix it ???
Any adivce ???
I use red hat linux kernel 2.6

Hi Chuikingman,

Curious why you want to run X as user oracle?  I assume your trying to install oracle and need to run the installer or one of the GUI based tools?  If so; change your runlevel to 5 (issue the command 'init 5' as user root) and when the X login screen comes up, login as user oracle. 

Note: You might need to issue the command 'xhost +' also once you've logged into X as user oracle before it will allow the oracle gui tools to work.
