VMware Fusion I deleted windows 32.dll file by accident.

In VMware Fusion I deleted windows 32.dll file by accident. I reinstalled VMware fusion 3 again but I receive the same message that this file is missing. Do I have to start from the beginning and reinstall the OS again.
